EHH is the new project of CSRMS-“Centre for Survey Research and Management Services” (Registered
non-profit organization functioning for the last 10 years, with headquarters at Cochin) is committed to
the cause of the well fare of our country and well being of people.
One of the major areas of our operations, right from the beginning, are conducting research studies and forwarding recommendations to the concerned authorities in the field of health care and community medicine.
We are committedly involved in the health issues affecting the lives our people. Some of our recent Community Health Researches includes “Behavioral Risk Factors for chronic diseases among adults and elders of both gender “and "Prevalence of Dementia among elders".
WHY WE WISH TO SET UP A CHAIN OF ELDERS HOLISTIC HOMES
Living happily and peacefully is the fundamental birth right as well as a pre-condition for attaining optimum health, at any age during ones’ life span. We, at Elders Holistic Homes, intend to provide this crucial ,holistic healthcare and wholesome(mind, body and spirit) wellness to elders through engaging them differently ,fruitfully, socially, happily, peacefully etc, and through refreshing, rejuvenating and relaxing ,holistic involvements, lifestyles etc, which would go a long way in substantially reducing their chronic morbidity risks ,thereby enabling to lessen huge medical and other related costs, losses; and sufferings to the elders themselves as well as to their far away family members and their other dear and near ones.
Elders Holistic Homes locations where we begin initially
Our Elderly Holistic Homes will begin its functioning initially at two places, one at the state capital of Kerala – Thiruvanathapuram - at our own aesthetically designed and eco- friendly two storied (excluding the ground floor, for car park) residential building with modern lifestyle amenities and infrastructure.
Though it is within the city itself, at Sreekariam it is set away from the bustle of the city, in a country side serene, ambience which itself would provide a relaxed life to inmates.
The second EHH also in a new two storied our own building at Ernakulam, similarly located in a country side ambience, at Moothakunnam where some famous Educational Institutions conducting post graduate and professional courses like engineering etc are located. The grand Periyar river joins the Arabian Sea adjacent to this EHH location. This calm place is also close to the Kerala’s sensational heritage centre "Pattanam" .

¤ Accommodation
- Self contained furnished single/double rooms (attached bathroom, wall drop, A/c if needed etc, etc.
¤ Dietary facilities
- Vegetarian natural food, mainly of organic origin will be mostly served which would go a long way in purifying one’s own physical mental, emotional systems holistically.
¤ House keeping
- Attenders would be available to assist the residents at all times.
¤ Health Check-ups
- Initial and periodical medical check ups would be carried out for inmates. Ayurvedic rejuvenation therapies could be arranged on special request to the needy residents for achieving their optimum health..
¤ Relaxation activities other than indoor entertainments
- Periodic pleasure trips will be arranged to rejuvenating scenic spots, health resorts etc.
¤ Social and Educational Activities
- If inmate is a professional he would be supported to persue his professional interest for engaging himself in social services and educational activities.He may be invited to schools and colleges to share his valuable experiences in life especially in his professional build up to motivate younger generations.
Eligibility criteria to become an inmate
Elders with age 55 years and above with moderate health, not suffering from any acute or chronic disease complications would be eligible for admission. Retired professionals or those who are very much alone would get preference for admission to this set up of elders togetherness living.The total cost to inmates will be worked out without any commercial outlook for all the services rendered. Deposit amount for medical and other costs may be required.. A committee of experts would be available to help those who are seeking special medical/ health services.
